The Essential Salts Company, based in the village of Auchtermuchty, Fife, was created after I suffered a serious back injury and was advised to use Epsom Salts as part of my rehabilitation and treatment. After completing my Aromatherapy Diploma I now use my knowledge to create a selection of Therapeutic Bath Soaks which are made using Epsom Salts / Dead Sea Salt combined with blends of Essential Oils . There are no artificial colourings or fragrances used in my bath soaks and I use organic oils where possible. After blending I package and label all products myself.

The Essential Salts Company produces a wide range of Therapeutic Bath Soaks for soothing aches and pains, to relax and calm the mind and body, energising and invigorating to enhance wellbeing. Products include plain and blended Bath Soaks, Lavender Flower Bags and Hand & Body Lotions. Special blends can be made to order and I have a large selection of Gift Bags available.
