Sheila paints a variety of subjects in watercolour, pastel, mixed media, oil, acrylic and ink. Favourite subjects include seascapes, landscapes, village scenes, still life and abstracts.

In the late 1980’s Sheila studied watercolour under Julia Wroughton RA at Inniemore School of Painting on Mull and watercolour is still her favourite medium, although oil is running a close second. Sheila also makes prints and blank greeting cards from her original works; the prints are mounted to fit standard sized frames or available ready framed.
